The Senior Management Team run the charity’s day-to-day operations, and advise the Board of Trustees on strategic matters.
Our creative facilitators lead all of our sessions, and are the people you are most likely to come into contact with in the centre.

Gray Hill
Gray joined Two Rhythms in January 2023 and has led the charity into an exciting new phase, celebrating our 25th anniversary, overseeing the rebrand, and working alongside his fellow senior managers, colleagues, and Trustees to help the charity find its voice. Gray is passionate about the experiences of our guests, families, and carers, and he is now working to create expansion opportunities and collaborations across the arts and health sectors that take our work further than ever.
Gray has worked in the cultural sector since 2010. Before joining Two Rhythms, he was the Director of Insole Court, a Victorian mansion and events venue in Llandaff, Cardiff. He began his third-sector career at Chapter Arts Centre, working in Marketing and technology. Gray studied postgraduate Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and undergraduate Drama at Aberystwyth University.

Len Casley
As Business Manager, Len brings extensive business, finance and governance experience. For over twenty five years he was an executive at JPMorgan and more recently was CEO of a regulated credit union in Wales.
He joined Two Rhythms having been an Associate Director of a government arm's length organisation in London, focused on improving financial inclusion across England. He is also a board member of Wastesavers Charitable Trust limited.

As Head of Programme, Hiroko, leads the advancement of Two Rhythms' artistic and therapeutic work. Drawing on over twenty years of experience, she has unparalleled insight into the unique benefits that Two Rhythms' music and movement programmes offer to people with profound disabilities.

As Membership & Training Officer, Liberty empowers organisations across the UK to implement the unique Two Methods programme locally. With over thirteen years at the charity, she leverages her extensive experience to highlight the transformative benefits that Two Rhythms' music and movement programmes provide for individuals with profound disabilities.

Samar Small - Chair of Trustees
Samar is a governance professional within the Civil Service where she oversees various Government Major Programmes, including the world-leading AI Lab. She has over 20 years’ experience providing inspirational and engaging leadership of large and geographically dispersed teams in the public, private and third sector.
Passionate about work which transforms the daily lives of citizens, her most recent non-executive roles were with the Police Accountability and Legitimacy Group, and as a Board Member for Sport Wales where she served two terms and chaired the Equality panel.

Victoria Jones - Vice Chair
Victoria joined Cricket Wales as the first Facilities Investment Manager in January 2023.
She has primarily worked in sports development where most of her earlier career focused on the growth and development of gymnastics organisations. Whilst at Welsh Gymnastics, she was responsible for Business and Facility development, transforming the gymnastics landscape within Wales.
Victoria has a keen interest in making sport accessible for all. Notably, she has attended the World Summer Special Olympic Games & European Games as as coach for Team GB, supporting athletes with learning disabilities.

Joanna Fashan
Jo joined Two Rhythms in 2025 as a Trustee having learned about the organisation through her role as Associate Director, Policy & Engagement at Whizz Kidz.
Jo has worked within the disability sector for 10 years, supporting young wheelchair users through services and policy work. She is a member of the wider Executive team and leads youth voice within the organisation.
Prior to Whizz Kidz, Jo’s background included working in the charity and private sector in programme management, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. Jowas a Volunteer for GirlGuiding for 20 years, leading both Brownie and Guide units and sitting on County Committees. Since leaving GirlGuiding, Jo maintained her volunteer interests by acting as a School Governor at her local primary school.
Jo is passionate about supporting service users to have a voice and campaign on matters that affect them.

Kathryn Seaward
Kathryn is an HR professional specialising in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and currently works within the legal sector. She has over 15 years of experience in HR and has worked in a variety of sectors, including healthcare and charities. Kathryn’s experience in HR is wide-ranging and includes generalist HR, recruitment (graduate and lateral), change management and project roles. Her passion for diversity and inclusion led her to specialise in this area in 2022, which has enabled her to grow and develop her skills in areas such as cultural change and strategic planning.
She brings her passion and experience to the fore in this role and is now excited to be able to do the same as a Trustee for Two Rhythms. Kathryn’s interests and expertise include mental health and wellbeing, disability and neurodiversity, supporting working families and LGBTQ+ inclusion. She never shies away from a challenge or an opportunity to learn new skills and is able to bring her lived experience into play to relate to and empathise with people on a variety of topics.
Kathryn lives in Caerphilly with her husband, John, and their two young children. She is a keen runner and singer in her spare time.
